Sent to me as email (.doc) from Heather Cox (Peerson), this historic document had been emailed to me after it been scanned from the original sources. I took the email, opened it and imported it into PhotoShop where I adjusted the contrast, brightness and ran it through some additional filtering before resizing it for the web and saving it for use here, page by page.
